Tehdas haki ratkaisua, joka voitaisiin integroida sen olemassa olevaan CNCG- ja DNCG-keruuj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n ja metanolin strippausj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n. Uusi j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 korvaisi vanhemman, olemassa olevan polttoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n, joka ei kyennyt vastaamaan p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6arvoja. <\/p>\n<p>Lundberg analysoi tehtaan prosessitiedot ja nykyisen rakenteen, ja suunnitteli uuden, tehtaan tarpeita vastaavan polttoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n. Uuteen j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n kuului low-NOx-polttouuni, j\u00e4tel\u00e4mp\u00f6kattila, sammutus- ja absorptiotorni. Polttouuni k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 polttoaineena CNCG:t\u00e4 ja palamisilmana metanolia, ja DNCG:t\u00e4. J\u00e4tel\u00e4mp\u00f6kattila ottaa talteen merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4n osan vapautuvasta l\u00e4mm\u00f6st\u00e4 keskipaineisen h\u00f6yryn tuottamiseksi. Rikkidioksidi poistetaan savukaasusta tehokkaasti absorptiotornissa. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4sitelt\u00e4vien kemikaalien myrkyllisen ja syttyv\u00e4n luonteen vuoksi j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n suunnitteluun yhdistettiin monia turvallisuustekij\u00f6it\u00e4 takaamaan luotettava ja turvallinen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6.
